Years back, we were lucky enough to taste a barrel sample with Russ Rainey, the proprietor of this small Salem winery and we knew that we had to evangelize for this wine and what it stands for. This is small production, dry-farmed, classically styled, 100% organic Oregon Pinot Noir. These wines will age, but they drink so well now that there is little hope for pulling one out of the cellar in 2026...at least at my house. Hope you’re equally smitten!
