This is 100% Cabernet Franc grown on limestone soils, made to sparkle in the traditional (i.e. Champagne) style. Bright & fresh, there are whispers of citrus and stone fruit beneath all that mineral zip.We think this is consistently one of the best values in sparkling wine; there’s a reason this gal’s a staple!
