It's Christmas in Spring! It may be the traditional holiday wine of Provence... but we’ve found this to be a kind of vinous miracle all year long! The wonderment known as “Vin Cuit” is a rare beast anywhere, but on these shores? It's a veritable unicorn! Deep golden amber in hue, with a complexity of flavor that you may never have experienced before (think: apricots, toasted orange peel, almonds, quince paste, prunes, roasted coffee, hazelnuts, dates, campfire smoke... and about 10-20 more layers beyond those), it's as life-affirming and winter-weather-warding a wine as we know.
