Named for the lunar cycle, the Luna series trilogy represents the work of the Lelarge-Pugeot family at its deepest level. The Luna cuvees express their deep commitment to biodynamics and highlight their continued experiments with nautral Champagne making: indigenous yeast, zero added sulfur, only natural sugar). This bottling, Vol. 2 is a 50/50 blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with nothing added.
