Description

At the end of the 1800’s Pietro Bordiga, owner of one of the most famous bars in Turin, decided to use his knowledge of botanicals to open a distillery. He chose the city of Cuneo for his location, as its alpine/maritime influences yielded herbs that are particularly rich in essential oils and aromatics. His “Rosso’ is much lighter than most other red vermouths, and is as great as a solo sipper as it is in cocktails. Cinnamon, baking spices, and a rooty cola bittersweet component. Perfect over ice with an orange peel, or for those spritzes you haven’t stopped wanting since you got back from Italy....
