Minimal intervention winemaking & natural fermentation ensure that nothing gets in the way of this honest, fruit-driven Cab. Filled with notes of the Zimbabwean fruit Tsubvu (similar to black currents) & herb-laced red cherries, this is both ripe and restrained. Think New World-tinged Bordeaux, rather than an attempt to out-Napa Napa. As delicious an everyday Cab for the price as any we know, and one of the more exciting projects to come out of South Africa in some time.
