What happens when you take barrels and expertise from one of the most sought-after Burgundy producers and send them to one of the most exciting new winemakers in middle-of-nowehere Chile? Well, my friends, you get one of the best Chardonnay's we've tasted from the Southern Hemisphere BY FAR. Piero Incisa della Rocchetta is redefining winemaking in this region, and Jean-Marc Roulot (Burgundy Badass) assisted on this project. The grapes were aged in old barrels from the legendary Roulot estate (we think this helped to impart the essence of greatness). Rich, round and balanced by bright green apple acidity and singing with notes of stone fruit and saline minerality.
