The story of Presqu'ile is the story of a setback and a silver lining. After farming land in Louisiana for generations, and suffering losses from Hurricane Katrina, the Murphy family relocated to Santa Barbara to start the Presqu'ile Winery. As a complement to their farming knowledge, they brought in Winemaker Dieter Cronje from the acclaimed Burgundy house Domaine Dujac to lead the cellar. Together, they've created what is now one of the most precise, restrained, and elegant winery productions on the West Coast. Loaded with sea shells, stone fruit, green apples and wet rocks.
