2018 Under The Wire Sparkling Chardonnay Sangiacomo Vineyard

The relatively new project from Bedrock Wine Co's Morgan Twain-Peterson and Chris Cottrell, Under the Wire makes single vineyard, single varietal, single vintage champagne method wines from some of their favorite vineyards in all of California. The old vine Chardonnay from Sangiacomo Vineyard gives beautiful lemon, toasted almond and fresh baked bread notes along with a bright acidity and a defined structure. Delicious.
