This wine is bright and lush and so filled with salty red grapefruit I was reminded of the best Salty Dog cocktails that I was fixated with for a brief moment in time. 70% Colombard, 15% Gros-Manseng, and 15% Ugni Blanc this wine comes in at only 12% and punches way above its price point. Great as an aperitif, this wine would also be great as an addition to bright Spring dishes, and with the screw top, it's begging for a road trip to the beach.
