Made from the tiniest appellation in all of America, the blink-and-you’ll-miss-it AVA of Cole Ranch, west of Ukiah, this is made by our good friend Cody Rasmussen (of Bedrock renown), who by a combination of gumption and good fortune got his hands on some of the oldest-vine Riesling in the state. Planted in 1973, this is CA Riesling by way of the Mosel: that combination of nervy tension and rich golden core. We’re proud to know him; take this home and you’ll be proud to know us!
