On Thursday, we welcome our friend Ryan Stirm back to Vintage Berkeley. It’s been about 2 years since we’ve been graced with his presence. Ryan works with heritage vineyards, many of which are dry-farmed and have deep-rooted vines. This allows for a natural concentration of flavors, minimal irrigation, and wines that possess remarkable depth and complexity.
We’ll be pouring 6 wines including 2 Zinfandels from the Wirz vineyard (’17, ’21) which has some of the oldest wines in all of California!
