Tarlant is a tiny grower-producer that's one of Champagne's organic pioneers (in a region not known for going without chemicals)! Their non-dosage 2016 rosé is full of complex cherry blossom, wild strawberry, and tangerine. The palate has a fine mousse, with a savory and citrus-toned palate, a chalky texture, and a dry, bright finish. Maybe the best rosé Champagne in this price point that we've tasted all year!
