With stints in Bordeaux and Burgundy on his résumé, this young winemaker's real love rests on his 3 hectares of organically farmed vines, planted at high density in Anjou and Savennières. The results: smoky minerals, taut on the nose, wonderful oak integration and purity of wet stones and fine citrus fruits. On the palate, we find perfect ripeness, salted kishu mandarins, tiny beads of lavender honey, finishing in a harmonious passion fruit and chamomile crispness. A gorgeous wine, not to be missed!
