What stunned us about Zan and Jayna was their ability to *increase* their potency by coming together in fist-bump unity. Something very much front of mind here, as two of our absolute fave Loire producers - Nicolas Reau on the one hand and Lise & Bertrand Jousset on the other - have "activated" Muscadet into an absolute shazam of a white wine. Unfiltered and made entirely from organic fruit (a rarity in Muscadet), all of a sudden the label makes sense: this is a pure alien being of a wine. MUSCADET POWERS: ACTIVATE!
