We have fallen madly in love with new producer Saint Germain this year, one of the few organic producers in the Savoie, their wines are alive with the sound of alpine spring water, and this cuvee is the crescendo. The aptly named "Par dela les Versants" aka "Beyond the Slopes" is a celebration of 3 mountain terroirs, with fruit coming from all sides of Mont Blanc. A blend of Altesse, Petite Arvine, Roussanne, and Viognier come together in harmony with a rich and full-bodied texture of honey, honeysuckle and chamomile notes, balanced by bright lemon zest and salinity.
