Where do I even begin? Well, first, there’s the striking orange-pink color. Then, the wildly herbaceous and raspberry-brambly nose. Perhaps, at this point, I rapturize over the cherry coated palate and fleshy textured body reminiscent of a fine Bandol rosé. But then, I really should add that the biodynamic wizard, Francesco Cirelli, who makes this gorgeous wine has said, “I would like my children to grow up with a better understanding of the moral values of the soil.” Amen. For the children, if nothing else.
