Peww peww pewww! Sorry -- that’s the sound of laser beams shooting out of an open bottle of Sete Cepas Albariño, a bottled ray of solar light. Super aromatic, great texture and cut, exotic citrus and stone fruit scents, and gobs of minerality. (Siete Cepas -- seven vines -- refers to the seven brothers of Vázquez Abal, who created their own wine after inheriting their father’s estate.) This is a downright delicious glass of white wine, whether you’re crushing it solo or doing it with food. It is our customer’s favorite Albariño to boot. Put down that Sauvignon Blanc!
