We’ll start with the Centopassi Giato Bianco, a vibrant Grillo-Catarratto blend that highlights Sicily’s crisp, mineral-driven whites, followed by the Biondi Etna Outis, showcasing the elegance of Carricante grown on volcanic soils. On the red side, we’ll taste the Gurrieri Cerasuolo, a bold and lively Nero d’Avola & Frappato blend from Vittoria, alongside Gurrieri’s pure Frappato, offering fresh, aromatic charm. Finally, we’ll return to Etna for the Biondi Etna Rosso, a classic expression of Nerello Mascalese with its signature smoky, earthy depth.
