Join us for a tasting journey along the “Alsace Wine Route”, where terroir-driven wines shine with elegance and energy in one of France's driest and sunniest regions. We'll begin with the NV Charles Frey Crémant d'Alsace Brut Nature, a crisp and vibrant traditional-method sparkler, before diving into the 2021 Henry Fuchs Pinot Gris, a lush, textured wine that highlights Alsace's signature aromatics and depth. The adventure continues with the 2022 Laurent Barth Racines Metisses, a lively field blend bursting with personality, followed by the 2022 Domaine Yves Amberg 'Ensemble', an expressive, biodynamic cuvée that exemplifies small-production Alsatian craftsmanship. We'll finish with the 2021 Charles Frey Pinot Noir 'Harmonie', a beautifully structured red that showcases Alsace's unique take on Pinot Noir, distinct from any other in the world.
