Cellar Raids are BACK at Solano Cellars, this time focusing on a category that'll set all über wine nerds' hearts a-flutter (us included): Germany & Austria! Yes folks, that means Riesling - some very old, some recent vintage, ranging from deliriously dry with crackling acidity to lush, textural ripeness that borders on unabashed hedonism. But lest you reduce these countries down to one (very mighty) grape, we're here to remind you: Grüner, Weissburgunder, Spätburgunder, Zweigelt, and Silvaner all exist, and they are magnificent. As with all Cellar Raids, these bottles are in limited supply and are first come, first served - come get a taste while we've got 'em (read: before we drink them all)!
